Duke urgent care doctors treat infants, children, and adults with minor injuries and illnesses. Visit this urgent care clinic in Brier Creek when your primary care provider is unavailable, after hours, or when your condition is not serious and does not require emergency services.
We encourage you to check wait times and reserve your spot to minimize your wait time.Walk-ins are always welcome.

Virtual Visit Hours
- 7 days a week, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm for 6 years of age and older.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm forages 6 months and older.
- A virtual visit is covered by insurance as a primary care visit. Co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles apply.
After hours, use the Duke Health Anywhere app for your urgent care video visit.

Pediatric Urgent Care Specialist On-site
A licensed, trained pediatric provider is available to provide urgent care for children, from newborns to age 25. They treat common pediatric conditions such as strep throat, cuts, and allergies, and some vaccines (including boosters). Additional pediatric services include:

- Medical equipment for injuries
- Orthopaedic care

About Us
Our Raleigh urgent care center is conveniently located in Duke Medical Plaza Brier Creek, just off Brier Creek Parkway, near I-540. We are close to the Leesville community, North Raleigh and Durham and greater Wake County. Our urgent care center is in the same building as Duke Primary Care Brier Creek. Spanish speaking staff members are available at selected times.
