Dispute, Private Road 2701, Thursday: The complainant contacted the Sheriff’s Office and requested deputies response due to several individuals arguing. Deputies arrived on scene and found all parties had left except two. There was an assault alleged but no one wished to file criminal charges. Parties were separated and told to leave each other alone for the rest of the evening. Handled by deputy.
Theft, no address given, Thursday: The complainant stated that she had some charges made to her credit card over the past week. The charges made were to door dash. The complainant contacted her bank to dispute the charges. She provided a suspect of interest to the theft. Report made.
Dispute, FM 968, Thursday: The complainant reported that her ex-boyfriend came into the home without her consent. Deputies were able to separate the parties and CTs were issued.
Dispute, Woodlawn Estates, Thursday: Two individuals had a disagreement over their property. Deputies helped de-escalate the situation and the parties were referred to speak to attorneys.
Theft, Gum Springs Road, Thursday: The complainant reported that his friend stole an air compressor out of his shop. The suspect called the complainant to inform that he would return the item. Report made.
Theft, Marshall Street, Friday: The complainant called to report a burglary of his vehicle. The complainant reported his vehicle was stolen from his residence. Vehicle was listed and entered as stolen. Area on extra patrol. Report made.
Theft, Marshall Street, Friday: The complainant called and reported his vehicle broken into. The vehicle was unsecured. A person entered the vehicle and stole a firearm. The Gun was entered and registered as stolen. Area on extra patrol. Report made.
Theft, Rosborough Springs Road, Friday: T-Mobile rep called and reported one of there cell towers tampered with. A suspect entered the tower area and stole about 600 feet of copper line. The theft caused a loss value of $4,000 dollars and $10,000 of damages. Area on extra patrol. Report made.
Burglary, Smelley Road, Friday: The complainant called and advised their neighbor’s door was wide open. The complainant advised no one should be there. Deputies dispatched to investigate and discovered the residence was tampered with and possible items stolen. Area on extra patrol.
